    • The premier episode of Livingpodcast, a Good Life & Leaving a Great Legacy with CEO Glen Meakem, is now available.     • Towels (beach, tea and golf) are now avail.

    • There are new updates to Historian 6 and Artisan 6 which fix a few bugs. If you have these software applications, don't forget to upgrade your app.

    • iOS was enhanced with video playback (for those who have streaming video) and a more polished onboarding experience.

    • Dual source fulfillment has been implemented for photobooks; multiple 3rd party printers now located across America to reduce shipping time and dependence on a single printer.

    • CEO Glen Meakem announced that FOREVER will be launching a monthly video podcast to help get the word out about our company and our products. "FOREVER is the best thing that nobody's ever heard of!" Stay tune for more details.

    • Because of an issue with our 3rd party printer, print services was down 9wks. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have a caused our clients. As a result, FOREVER will be dual sourcing our printer to ensure this doesn't happen again.

  • Product Updates

    • The Core FOREVER (webapp) was enhanced

      (1) to filter people with a new "show/hide" button

    • (2) to persist selected files in Gallery after an operation is complete

    • (3) to add the de-clutter operation to Favorites, tags, albums and people

    • (4) Support for HEIC/HEIF file formats and export of people tags as metadata to be launched 5/6

    • (5) Both Andriod and iOS mobile apps were updated.

      • The Android app was pre-released 4/3; more enhancements are coming.

      • The iOS was released 4/3; the photo editor was added on 4/10.

I hope last month’s format works for you. I hear the format is better for webpage search engine. Lots of rain in San Diego. We had to apologize for the weather to our Vermont friends who visited and expected sunshine & blue skies! I was grateful that we did have 1 day of sun and thankful that we get more rain to wet the landscape. April brought hot sunny days AND a 5.2 magnitude earthquake centered ~21mi from our house. The rumbling came first, then the entire house shook for ~1mim. But no injuries, nothing fell and apparently no damage.

    • The Deals page (https://www.forever.com/ambassador/natalieendozo/deals) was simplified to only display the products that are discounted. All other products can still be accessed from the Products, Digitize & Preserve & Share tabs.

    • New Feature: Fuzzy Dates... what is it? It is a way to chronologically assign photos & videos, even if you don't know the exact date. You can now specify Month/Year, just a year, a quarter, decade or even century. It just got easier to find your photos by dates!--- Club Weekend Upload Contest (midnite PT Apr 18 to 11:59pm PT Apr 21) - upload your photos, videos and PDF files to your FOREVER account. The top three uploaders will receive coupons valued at $30, $25, $15, respectively.

  • Product Updates

    • Core FOREVER webapp was improved in a few areas: Declutter now displays faves, tags, people & albums in the info panel, which is now displayed by default. A filter was added to People to easily show/hide people. Fuzzy dates is now in place.

    • The Android FOREVER Mobile App upgrade was released on 4/2/2025. Don't forget to upgrade your app.

    • Card Suites are now available and are generic enough to use for weddings, graduations and other special events. A suite includes Save the Date, the actual invite, ceremony/reception insert, RSVP and Thank You.

I’m trying out a different format for my NatyCrops Newsletter, dedicated to informing you of the latest & latest greatest NatyCrops memory keeping news. Hope you like the change. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the newsletter image that you’re used to seeing.

March is the last month of Q1. Last month, I announced that De-Clutter is my WORD OF THE YEAR. I’m proud to say that I’ve completed my first task… dispositioning (either file, toss or shred) all mail from three reusable bags. May your spring cleaning projects be as product as my first de-clutter project. Happy St. Patty’s Day and Spring Equinox!

NatyCrops Updates:

  • My website, https://NatyCrops.com, is getting a facelift. You may notice a few changes over the next few weeks.

  • The new FOREVER tools, Declutter and Facial Recognition, are now in place. The Declutter tool comes free with a FOREVER account. Facial Recognition is a subscription-based tool. For more information about these two tools, a description and how to access the tools are included in the FOREVER Updates section. I will hold 1hr Zoom workshops for both tools on the same day.

    • The Facial Recognition Workshops are scheduled for 3/25 @ 3pm, 3/28 @ 9:30am and 3/29 @ 1pm.

    • The Declutter Workshops are scheduled for 3/25 @ 6pm, 3/28 @ 11am and 3/29 @ 3pm.

FOREVER Updates:

  • Abandoned Print Projects: Print Projects that have NOT been touched/accessed since 04/01/2024 will be moved to the Delete Bin. If you don’t want your project to be deleted, restore from the Delete Bin and

  • New features in the core FOREVER webapp include De-Clutter and Fuzzy Dates.

    • De-clutter tool is available in the Gallery, Albums, Tags and People pages. In the Gallery, the Declutter button is accessed from the upper right corner of the webpage. In Albums, Tags and People, the Declutter button is accessed from the “More” button (3 vertical dots) at the upper right corner of the webpage.

    • “Fuzzy Dates” tool affects the “Date Taken” field in the Info Panel section of a file. If an exact date (month/day/year) of a file is not known, you can specify a specific day, Month/Year, Year, Quarter, Decade or Century.

  • Product Updates

      • FOREVER Valet software will be updated end of March to facilitate the transfer of Google Photos content to FOREVER.

*** Sat Sep 7 9am-noon - Photo Roll JoyFlow - combining the power of your photos with yoga, meditation & music.  This should be a fun and energizing experience.  Bring at least 26 photos to work with.

*** TBD - Tell Your Story - weekly sessions to answer questions about a loved one to document his/her life (do it now before the people who have that knowledge are gone).  I'm still working out the details and should have something concrete by the end of August.  In the meantime, please let me know if you're interested in participating.
